This year marks the 60th anniversary of the birth of Nissan Cedric
and the 50th anniversary of the birth of Tomica. In commemoration of that,
we will develop a new specification of the 3rd generation 230 type Cedric.
The 230-inch Cedric, which appeared in 1971,
was the first generation to become a brother car with Gloria.
With its orthodox and clean styling, it became a record hit car
that beat its rivals in terms of sales volume.
Released in 1972 as Tomica No. 33, it is known as a rare model in Tomica's history.
The early model Cedric will be commercialized with TLV-NEO this time.
For the development of the early Cedric,
a new front grill and rear garnish were produced according to the model year.
This time, bumpers and wheels will also be plated parts to create an atmosphere
like a luxury car. There are two colors, brown metallic and black.
Brown is the body color that was set for the actual car, but along with it,
the image of Tomica's old No. 33 is reproduced.
