Refund policy

All sales are final.  We have a no exchange, no refund policy.

If you have any issues with your order please send us an email at flipndiecast@hotmail.com and we will try to make it right.

We provide up to 7 days after the date of package delivery to report any issues with your order.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. 

The return shipping cost of the goods going back to us will not be covered by us.

We do not send out damaged items unless if stated in the title or description of the item. All items may have shelf wear such as worn corners and small imperfections. Thank you for understanding. 

 

For order cancellations, we will charge a 6.5% fee.

Orders that have already been shipped out cannot be cancelled.

 

Any refunds will be made to the same payment method you used when you placed the order. It may take up to 7 business days for a refund to get fully processed.

 

**WE ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE IF YOUR PACKAGE GETS STOLEN AFTER IT IS DELIVERED TO YOUR ADDRESS, AS THEFT IS NOT COVERED BY INSURANCE. IT IS YOUR RESPONSIBILITY TO PROVIDE A SAFE ADDRESS FOR DELIVERY**

 

If your package was delivered to your local post office and you were not able to pick it up in time, it will not be returned to us. It will be disposed of and we will be unable to do anything about it.

If the shipping carrier delivers a package and marks it as delivered, but you did not receive it, we will require evidence such as security video footage or proof that a signature was not yours.  We are unable to file a claim with shipping insurance if we are not provided with proof to work with.

All items listed on our store are destined for adult collectors only. They are collectables and not meant to be within reach of children as all items may have small pieces and fragile parts.
