The Silvia became the S14 model in the fall of 1993, inheriting its popular FR layout and transforming into a wide-body 3-number car for the first time in its history. The larger size added a sense of stability to its style, maturing it as a coupe.

TLV-NEO continues to feature the popular early S14 Silvia, and this edition introduces a new color for the turbo K's Aero from the "Aero" series added in a partial 1995 update.
