Return, Refund & Cancellation Policy

General Policy

Exchanges are not accepted, but we do accept returns under the specific conditions listed below. 

If you have an issue with your order, please contact us first at flipndiecast@hotmail.com so we can assist you.


Return Eligibility

Returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery for:

Defective or damaged items

(Only if the defect or damage was not described in the product listing.)

Items in original, unused condition

Non-defective items may be returned if:

-They are unused

-In the same condition as received

-In the original packaging

Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping for any returns.


How to Start a Return

To begin a return:

- Email flipndiecast@hotmail.com with your order number and reason for return.

- We will provide return instructions and confirm eligibility.

- Pack the item securely using protective material.

- Once approved, the item must be shipped back to us within 7 days.

Local customers in Canada may also return items in person at the same address during business hours.


Refunds

Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 7 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item.

Please note that your bank may require additional time to post the refund.


Order Cancellations

Orders may be cancelled before shipment.
A 6.5% cancellation fee applies to cover payment processing costs.

Orders that have already shipped cannot be cancelled.


Lost or Delivery Issues

If a package is marked as delivered but cannot be located, please contact us immediately.
We will work with the carrier to open an investigation.
We may request supporting evidence to assist the process.

*WE ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE IF YOUR PACKAGE GETS STOLEN AFTER IT IS DELIVERED TO YOUR ADDRESS, AS THEFT IS NOT COVERED BY INSURANCE. IT IS YOUR RESPONSIBILITY TO PROVIDE A SAFE ADDRESS FOR DELIVERY.*

*If the shipping carrier delivers a package and marks it as delivered, but you did not receive it, we will require evidence such as security video footage or proof that a signature was not yours.  We are unable to file a claim with shipping insurance if we are not provided with proof to work with.*


Unclaimed Packages

If a package is held at your local post office and is not picked up in time, the carrier will automatically dispose of it.
In such cases, we are unable to issue refunds.


Condition Notice

All items are intended for adult collectors.
Collectibles may have shelf wear such as small imperfections or worn corners, which is a normal occurence.
